the background music blaring all day felt like a shopping centre rather than a serene hotel, how utterly disappointing. and don’t even get me started on the noisy neighbors, it was like I was in an echo chamber. I would have appreciated a complimentary upgrade, since clearly I deserved better than this chaos.

Watch out for the hidden charges. unlocking the fridge will cost you, and they even charge for extra towels, so keep that in mind. Getting to your parking spot is a hassle—narrow streets mean you'll either have to block traffic or do some walking just to grab keys. The dining area can feel chaotic during peak times, especially with long waits for coffee and tea during meals. Noise can be a problem as well. thin walls make it easy to hear your neighbors, which can throw off your relaxation. Some rooms could definitely use a refresh. a few have that outdated vibe, and others might feel a bit cramped, so it's a bit of a gamble on room selection.

Stunning Tossa de Mar vibes! 🌞
Great brekkie each morning, and loved chilling by the pool with a lekker cocktail. Our room was super comfy, with a nice shower and a view we loved. The staff were warm and quick with service, makin' it all feel like home.
Dinner time was a bit late at 8, not ideal if you're starving after a long day.

Parking was hassle-free, with a convenient back area available for motorcycles. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring items like risotto that stood out. I experienced issues with ants in the room and found the walls quite thin, which made for noisy nights. The restricted TV volume also posed a challenge when unwinding after a long day. Despite these drawbacks, the room was clean and the breakfast choices were varied, making it a pleasant start to each day.
